Refund Policy

It is Lucas Soil and Water Conservation District’s policy not to refund registration fees, money received for products (trees, rain barrels, guides, etc.) or fees for service unless there is an error on our part. Any requests for exceptions to this policy need to be forwarded to the District Manager for final resolution. Any exceptions will carefully balance need for full accountability of public funds with need for good public relations and a 15% restocking/refund payment fee will be assessed to cover our costs.

Customer sales will be forfeited after 1 week for living plants and trees. Fish will be given to a local source to maintain their life if not picked up from the fish sale within 15 minutes of pick up time. NO refunds will be given in either situation.
