Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Board of Supervisors, Lucas SWCD, 3350 Hill Ave., Ste. K, Toledo Ohio 43607, until eight thirty o’clock (8:30) AM, EDT, on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, for performing our ditch maintenance work.
