Toledo-area Urban Farmer Networking Group


NEXT MEETING: Tuesday, March 10th at 4:30 PM
If you are an Toledo-area urban farmer, or are aspiring to be one, we want YOU to attend our next meeting for the Toledo-area Urban Farmer Networking Group. During these meetings you will meet other urban farmers, learn and share experiences with one another, and hear from other experts in the field regarding topics the group determines.

Please email Penny Bollin with any questions or to confirm your attendance at the next meeting. 

Meetings are held at the Lucas SWCD office in Toledo, unless otherwise noted.
Field trips will be a possibility but TBD.

Urban Agricultural Assistance Programs

NRCS offers technical and financial assistance with conservation practices, including:
  • High tunnels
  • Soil health
  • Weed and pest management
  • Composting facilities
  • Irrigation
Through free technical assistance, NRCS can help you identify your goals and develop a conservation plan.
