Just for Kids Class

2025 Blue Week: Reptiles & Amphibians of the
​Oak Openings Region

Tuesday, May 6th
4:00-5:30 PM

at the Lucas SWCD Office
(3350 Hill Ave., Suite K, Toledo OH 43607)

$10 per family - pay at the door (cash or check)
​OR bring your own 8" clay pot and the fee is waived!

This class is being offered as a part of the Oak Openings Green Ribbon Initiative Blue Week 2025 Celebration! 

During this hands-on class, the participants will learn all about the different reptiles and amphibians that live in the globally rare Oak Openings Region! They will also get up close and personal with our office turtles and make a toad abode to take home.


This Kids Class is recommended for children in grades 1-5 accompanied by their parent/guardian or responsible adults. Adults are required to stay with their child for the entire class. A light snack will be provided to the registered participants.
